There are four total "Resets" throughout the calendar year.

*Bloom Into Wellness: Mid-March 2025
*Summer Shape-Up: Late May 2025
Through group Zoom meetings, you'll gain access to a series of LIVE coachings that will guide you throughout the program. These coaching sessions are brimming with essential information, offering you the tools necessary to succeed not only for the month ahead but for your ongoing wellness journey.
*Please note that these live coaching sessions will be made available as recordings on a private YouTube page, so that you can watch them at your convenience if you are unable to watch them live in zoom.
*Enrollment will open approximately 10 days prior to the commencement of each new reset.
*Each Reset will remain open for enrollment approximately 60 days after it begins.

Yes. This group is for both men and women, age not being a factor.
No. The lives are meant to be viewed at your convenience however watching them in order is required for best results.
No. However, there are three detailed food lists that specifically apply to each of the three phases of the reset. From these lists you have the freedom to construct and create a "food plan" that best suits you and your goals.
Yes. In addition to the food lists, you will also receive an extensive recipe guide that has suggested breakfasts, lunches and dinners that are all reset approved.
No. Taking before and afters, weighing and measuring are highly encouraged but not required.
No. However weekly workout videos will be provided on my social media outlets for you to use at your own discretion.
No. This plan only involves the use of quality fresh foods in their natural state.
Yes. As we know, proper nutrition is the foundation for fitness success. Everyone can benefit from a plan like this. It is not a “cleanse” “diet” or anything of the such. This program promotes a balanced healthy meal plan that every one can follow.
